Restriction on advertisements

It is unlawful for any advertisement to be published indicating that -
the parent or guardian of a child is desirous of causing the child to be adopted; or
a person is desirous of adopting a child, or any person (other than the Board) is willing to make arrangements for the adoption of a child.
A person who knowingly publishes or causes to be published an advertisement in contravention of section (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of thirty thousand dollars.
