Clerk of Court to give notice to insurer

The Clerk of the Court shall, within ten days of the commencement, by a third party injured or whose property has been damaged by a vehicle required to be insured by this Law, of any proceedings in any such Court, give notice to the insurer of such proceedings:
Provided that every insurer shall notify the Clerk of the Court of his address and shall inform the Clerk of the Court of any change therein.
