Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act (2024 Revision) and came into operation in accordance with the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Law, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2020 [SL 137 of 2020] and the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2021 [SL 1 of 2021]. Provisions not specified therein shall come into force on such date as the Cabinet may by Order specify.
