Handling appeals from customers

The Office shall receive and determine appeals from customers of the sectoral providers in respect of disputes between the customer and the sectoral provider and, in this regard, the parties will be bound by the decision and remedies (if any) determined by the Office.
The Office will establish and publish the procedures for the handling of such appeals.
