The Auditor General shall, every three years, report to the Board on —
the Office's performance against its annual plan;
the extent to which the Office's deployment of its financial resources has delivered value for money; and
the impact of the Office's regulatory decisions when compared to the expected impacts established through regulatory impact assessments carried out by the Office.
