Secretary

The Board shall appoint an individual, not being a Member, to be the Secretary of the Office, who shall be present at all meetings of the Board and shall take minutes of the business transacted but shall have no right to vote at meetings of the Board.
The Secretary shall manage the affairs of the Board in accordance with Board directives and policies.
