65. (1) This Part applies to —
abuse of a dominant position relating to covered services;
agreements, decisions and practices relating to covered services;
intent or attempts to enter into agreements or practices relating to covered services; and
other related agreements, decisions, practices, intent and attempts.
In this Part — “section 66 prohibition” means the prohibition specified in section 66; and “section 70 prohibition” means the prohibition specified in section 70.
