Forfeiture

All property of persons convicted of the offence of trafficking in persons that was used or obtained in the course of the crime, or benefits gained from the proceeds of the crime shall be forfeited to the Crown in the manner specified in the Schedule.
Where any such property as described in subsection (1) is located outside the Islands it shall be subject to forfeiture to the extent that it can be retrieved by the Government.
