111. The Cabinet may make regulations prescribing —
speed limits relating to particular roads and portions of roads;
the prohibition of the use of vehicles in more than one direction on specified roads;
the installation of traffic signals;
roads or parts of roads on which vehicles are prohibited from parking, waiting or being driven;
special conditions for the use on the road of emergency vehicles and invalid carriages, including rules for their driving and management of such vehicles;
special conditions for the use on the road of oversize vehicles, special purpose vehicles and special vehicles, including restrictions as to the routes and times of use of such vehicles; 95
the size, colour and type of traffic signs and traffic signals to be used in the Islands; and
