Obstruction of police

A person who obstructs or hinders a constable in the course of doing that constable's duty in enforcing this Act or the regulations commits an offence.
If in the commission of an offence under subsection (1) or an attempt to commit such an offence, involves —
the use of a vehicle;
the attachment to or carriage in a vehicle of a device or other thing, not being part of the normal equipment of that vehicle, which is capable of impeding, balking or frustrating —
the purpose of a radar speed meter as defined by section 92(4);
the mechanical or efficient running of any police equipment or vehicle, then the vehicle to which that device or thing is attached or in which it is carried may, at the discretion of any court, be forfeited to the Crown.
