Surrender of registered trade mark

43. (1) A registered trade mark may be surrendered by the proprietor in respect of some or all of the goods or services for which it is registered.
The Cabinet may make regulations providing for —
the manner and effect of the surrender of a trade mark; and
the protection of the interests of other persons having a right in the registered trade mark under subsection (1).
