No notice of any trust, whether express, implied or constructive, shall be entered in the Register and the Register shall not be affected by any such notice.
Subject to the provisions of this Law, equities in respect of a registered trade mark may be enforced in like manner as in respect of other personal property.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing contained in this section prevents the registration of a trade mark or the registration of particulars of a registrable transaction, in the name of a trustee.
