Annual Fees

The proprietor of a trade mark recorded in the Registry shall, through the registered agent, by January 1 of each year after the year of initial registration, pay to the general revenue of the Islands the prescribed annual fee.
Where the annual fee remains unpaid at March 31 the rights protected by the registration shall be in abeyance as against the person in default from April 1 until the annual fee and the prescribed penalty have been paid.
