Functions of the Board

The functions of the Board are —
the consideration of every application made in accordance with this Act;
the grant, renewal, suspension, amendment, revocation or refusal of a licence in accordance with this Act;
the enforcement of compliance with the provisions of this Act; and
such other functions as may be conferred upon the Board by this or any other Law.
