Premises that Authorised Officers may enter

An Authorised Officer may at reasonable times, enter any public place or premises in which he believes on reasonable grounds that —
a tobacco product is used, manufactured, tested, stored, packaged, labelled or sold;
there is anything used in the manufacture, testing, packaging, labelling, promotion or sale of a tobacco product or thing;
there is information relating to the manufacture, testing,, packaging, labelling, promotion or sale of a tobacco product.
