No person shall manufacture, sell or import a tobacco product unless the package in which it is contained displays, in the prescribed form and manner, the prescribed information with regard to —
the product and its emissions;
the health hazards and health effects arising from the use of the product or from its emissions; and
other health-related messages such as, inter alia, advice on how to stop smoking.
