Disclosure of information: permission

A person may disclose to the Reporting Authority or to a constable —
a suspicion or belief that any property is terrorist property or is derived from terrorist property; or
any matter on which the suspicion or belief is based.
A person may make a disclosure to the Reporting Authority or to a constable in the circumstances mentioned in section 23(1) and (2).
Subsections (1) and (2) shall have effect notwithstanding any restriction on the disclosure of information imposed by statute or otherwise.
Where —
a person is employed by another person; and
his employer has established a procedure for the making of disclosures of the kinds mentioned in subsection (1) and section 23(2),
subsections (1) and (2) shall have effect in relation to that person as if any reference to disclosure to the Reporting Authority or to a constable included a reference to disclosure in accordance with the procedure.
