Maintenance of the Register of Interests

13. (1) The Commission shall maintain the Register of Interests referred to in section 121(1) of the Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009 [UK SI No. 1379 of 2009], in which all matters that are required to be registered under the Constitution and this Act shall be entered.
The Commission shall enter into the Register of Interests the details of every declaration of interest made in accordance with the Constitution and this Act.
