2. In this Law -
means a person under the age of eighteen;
means a person who has applied for a protection order or on whose behalf an application for a protection order has been made;
means the Grand Court or a court of summary jurisdiction;
means the Court of Appeal of the Cayman Islands;
means an application made without notice to the respondent;
includes any psychiatric, psychological, physical or economic harm;
has the same meaning assigned by section 2 of the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law (2017 Revision);
has the same meaning assigned by section 2 of the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law (2017 Revision);
has the same meaning assigned by section 2 of the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law (2017 Revision);
means a member of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service;
means an order made pursuant to section 4 and includes an interim protection order;
means the person who is alleged to have stalked another person; and
means a person who is licensed under the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law (2017 Revision) to provide an ICT Service or operate an ICT Network.
