Married woman, how to be affected

The foregoing provisions of this Law apply to a married woman of full age, whether or not she is entitled to her estate or interest for her own benefit, and she, without her husband, may exercise the powers of a tenant for life under this Law.
A restraint on anticipation in a settlement shall not prevent the exercise by her of any power under this Law.
