A secondhand dealer shall not deal in any article listed in Schedule 2.
A secondhand dealer who deals in any article listed in Schedule 2 commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both.
The Cabinet may by Order amend Schedule 2.
