A trade officer shall carry out inspections in accordance with this Law and may, during business hours and after giving at least twenty-four hours' notice to the secondhand dealer, carry out inspections of premises of any secondhand dealer to ensure there is compliance with this Law, including ensuring that —
premises are secured;
surveillance equipment is in working order;
articles that are subject to a notice to hold are being held in accordance with this Law;
records of transactions are being made.
