Assessment Committee

There is established, for the purpose of assessing compensation under this Law, an Assessment Committee.
The Committee shall consist of —
a magistrate, designated by the Governor, who shall be chairman of the Committee;
a Justice of the Peace chosen by the magistrate; and
one other member chosen by the magistrate from the panel of persons referred to in subsection (3).
The Governor shall, from time to time, appoint a panel of six persons appearing to him to be knowledgeable in matters relating to land values or highways from among whom a member of the Committee shall be chosen under paragraph (c) of subsection (2).
