Unregistered transaction void against purchaser

A conveyance or encumbrance made or created on or after the 12th October, 1960 shall be void as against a subsequent purchaser of the land or any interest in such land, unless such conveyance or encumbrance is registered in accordance with section 6 before the completion of the purchase.
