Holding of referendum

A referendum shall be held on the matters specified in section 4(1) with each elector being entitled to cast one vote.
The Cabinet shall by notice, published in the Gazette, appoint a day for the holding of the referendum, being a day not earlier than the thirtieth day next following the date on which that notice is first so published.
