Salaries of certain posts

The Head of the Civil Service shall recommend to the Governor the salaries, allowances or other benefits of —
elected members of the Cabinet;
the Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly;
judges and magistrates;
members of the boards or other governing bodies (however called) of statutory authorities and government companies;
boards, committees or other non-corporate bodies (however called) appointed by the Governor or the Cabinet;
the Auditor General and the Ombudsman; and
any officer referred to in section 106(4) of the Constitution.
