Whoever commits an offence under section 8 is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one hundred dollars and to imprisonment for three months.
Whoever commits an offence under section 13 or 14(4) is liable on summary conviction to a fine of four hundred dollars and to imprisonment for one year.
Whoever commits any other offence against this Act is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two hundred dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
