Trust bank accounts

There shall be established at one or more banks approved by the Financial Secretary, one or more accounts to be known as trust bank accounts.

Trust bank accounts shall be operated only by the chief officer of finance.

All receipts of trust assets consisting of money shall be paid into a trust bank account.
