Obligations of Auditor General

63. The Auditor General shall ensure that —
all audits and investigations carried out by that person, or on that person’s behalf, are carried out —
in a competent fashion and with due care; and
in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing; and
the persons carrying out such an audit or investigation are independent of the entity being audited or investigated.
