Permanent appropriations

10. (1) By virtue of this section, the items specified in subsection (2) are appropriated.
The items referred to in subsection (1) are —
the salary, emoluments and allowances of the Auditor General;
the salaries, emoluments and allowances of members of the judiciary and the magistracy;
the employees’ and employer’s contributions to —
the Public Service Pensions Fund; and Governor under the Judges’ and Magistrates’ Emoluments and Allowances Act (2021 Revision);
a pension fund established in accordance with an Order made by the
the core government’s contributions to —
the Public Service Pensions Fund; and Section 11 Public Management and Finance Act (2026 Revision) Page 16 Revised as at 31st December, 2025 c Governor under the Judges’ and Magistrates’ Emoluments and Allowances Act (2021 Revision), for past service liability;
a pension fund established in accordance with an Order made by the
pension payments in accordance with —
the pension plan established by the Public Service Pensions Act (2023 Revision); Public Service Pensions Act (2023 Revision); and Emoluments and Allowances Act (2021 Revision); and
the Parliamentary Pensions Act (2016 Revision);
the provisions for ex-gratia allowances in regulations made under the
an Order made by the Governor under the Judges’ and Magistrates’
the executive expense relating to borrowings authorised by the Cabinet in accordance with this Act.
The estimated amount of executive expense for each of the items referred to in subsection (2) for each financial year shall be reported in the plan and estimates for that financial year in accordance with the appropriation types specified in section 9(3).
