Courts and public offices to be closed

All courts of justice and public offices shall be closed throughout the whole of each Public General Holiday:
Provided that nothing shall in any way invalidate any provision of the Customs Law (2007 Revision), or any rule or regulation made thereunder:
And Provided also that nothing shall be construed to prevent the Postmaster-General, subject to the approval of the Governor, making such special arrangements for keeping open Post Offices for such portion of any Public General Holiday as may appear to him to be necessary for the convenience of the public.
