The Cabinet may make regulations for —
the conduct of existing cemeteries;
the granting or refusal to grant licenses for the establishment of new cemeteries;
the revocation of licences granted under paragraph (b);
prescribing fees for any service provided under this Part:
the establishment and conduct of a crematorium;
the burial of human bodies at sea;
the exhumation of human bodies;
the transport of human bodies by air or sea; and
the burial of bodies in private ground.
