Restrictions on powers

This section applies in relation to the powers conferred by sections 14, 15 and 16.
The powers referred to in subsection (1) are not exercisable in relation to information or documents in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings.
The exercise of the powers referred to in subsection (1) and the provision of information or production of documents under those powers is not otherwise subject to any restriction on the disclosure of information, whether imposed by statute or otherwise.
