Disqualification of licensee by court

Where a licensee is convicted of an offence under this Law, the court before which the licensee is convicted may, in addition to imposing any other penalty or sentence, order that the licensee be disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence, for such period not exceeding twelve months as the court deems appropriate; and the particulars of such conviction and disqualification shall be endorsed on any current licence held by the licensee.
