Suspension or cancellation of licence

After giving the licensee an opportunity to be heard, the Commissioner may by notice in writing suspend or cancel a licence, where — (a) the licensee is convicted of an offence under this Law; (b) the licensee is convicted of any offence of which violence or dishonesty is an element; or (c) the licensee is in breach of a condition of the licence.
