Nothing in this Act shall affect a warrant issued in respect of any convicted prisoner pursuant to the Colonial Prisoners Removal Act 1884 (Cap 31) or the Repatriation of Prisoners Act 1984 (Cap 47) of the United Kingdom (as extended to the Islands) or of any Acts amending or replacing the same.
