C.M.O. to be prison medical officer

The C.M.O. shall be prison medical officer with responsibility for the physical and mental health of all prisoners and no prisoner shall perform any activity or undergo any punishment if the C.M.O. finds that prisoner physically or mentally unfit for the same.
