Penalty on common informers compounding information

Whoever lays an information for an offence alleged to have been committed against this Law by which he was not personally aggrieved, and afterwards directly or indirectly receives, without the permission of a Judge, any sum of money or other reward for compounding, delaying or withdrawing the information, is guilty of an offence.
