Cost of Commissions and witnesses

The costs of all proceedings under any Commission shall be in the discretion of the Court, and shall be taxed as other costs are taxed, and the witnesses before the Commissioners shall be entitled to the same remuneration as that to which they would be entitled for giving evidence under similar circumstances in the suit before the Court.
