The Cabinet may make regulations generally for the proper carrying out of this Law, and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may make regulations prescribing —
the particulars to be submitted by a non-profit organisation applying to be registered;
the time period within which notice of the acceptance or refusal of an application to register should be communicated;
the application fees and other fees to be paid on registration;
the fees to be paid for the provision by the Registrar of any relevant document;
the waiver or reduction of fees and administrative penalties;
the form of a certificate of registration;
the notification of a subsequent change in the material particulars contained in an application for registration;
the particulars to be entered in the register and the fees to be paid by a member of the public who wishes to view the register;
the form in which financial statements and annual returns are to be submitted;
the particulars to be contained in the financial statements and annual returns; and
all matters that may be necessary for giving effect to the penalty system under the Law and the quantum of penalties for acting in contravention of this Law.
