Power of Governor to grant property to the Trust

The Governor may grant to the Trust any land or interest in land over which he has the power of disposition as he may deem fit, and may grant to the Trust control over submarine areas, including control over access to any such area, activities within such area, and any other form of control as he may deem fit.
