Discontinuance of Roads Development Fund and establishment of Road Fund

18. (1) Subject to section 34(5), (6) and (7), the Roads Development Fund is discontinued with effect from the 1st July, 2004.
There is hereby established within the core government a fund, to be called the “Road Fund”.
