Refusal or revocation of registration

7. (1) No person shall administer a pension plan if the registration of that plan has been refused or revoked by the Director.
Subsection (1) does not apply to prevent administration of a pension plan for the purposes of the winding up of that pension plan.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of five years, or to both.
