80. The Board shall —

hear, consider and determine decisions appealed in accordance with Part 13 of this Act;

promote the establishment, extension and improvement of pension plans throughout the Islands;

advise the Minister in respect of the business of the Board; and

make recommendations to the Minister in respect of pension plans.
