Appeal from Director's decision

A person affected by a decision of the Director may appeal to the Board.
In subsection (1) — "decision" includes —
an order;
an approval;
a consent;
a refusal to register a pension plan or an amendment to a pension plan;
the revocation of a pension plan or an amendment to a pension plan; and
the appointment of an administrator.
