Governor to bestow award

The Governor may, in person, honour a National Hero or the memory of a National Hero at a public ceremony where the Governor shall bestow upon the National Hero or a person appearing on behalf of the National Hero an award or other recognition of the National Hero's service to the Islands and the peoples of the Islands.
