Misrepresentation as fund administrator

A person other than a licensed mutual fund administrator shall not represent in any way that that person is carrying on or a ttempting to carry on business i n or from the Islands as a mutual fund administrator, and a person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars.
