A person other than a regulated mutual fund or a mutual fund referred to in section 4(4) shall not represent in any way that that person is carrying on or attempting to carry on business in or from the Islands as a mutual fund, an d a person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand dollars.
