Offence by corporation

Where any offence under this Act by a body corporate is proved to have been committed, the consent, connivance or negligence of any director or officer, howsoever designated, of such body corporate may be presumed unless that body corporate proves the contrary to the satisfaction of the court, and such person as well as the body corporate commits that offence.
