Punishment of accessories

Any person who, being within the Islands, procures, counsels, aids, abets or is accessory to the commission without the Islands of any act which, if committed in the Islands, would under this Law be a misdemeanour, is guilty of that misdemeanour as a principal, and liable to be indicted, proceeded against, tried and convicted in the Islands, as if the misdemeanour had been committed here.
